The future of work is changing rapidly. The World Economic Forum (WEF) predicts that by 2030, technology will transform one billion jobs – a third of all jobs globally – and that by 2025, half the world's workforce will need to acquire new skills to remain competitive.
We can transform this global challenge into an opportunity to develop a new generation of Arab talent equipped to meet changing market demands and compete globally.
The Future Skills Academy, a partnership between the UNDP and MBRF , in collaboration with active stakeholders, helps bridge the skills gap, broadening professional horizons and boosting career growth and well-being in the Arab States region and beyond.
We empower individuals with the skills of the future to build a brighter future for all. In its first phase, the Future Skills Academy benefited 9,902 learners, who completed over 15,000 training courses. We aspire to reach 10 million learners by 2030.
Partnering with the Future Skills Academy connects you to a global movement for skills development and sustainable economic growth. The Academy is not just an educational initiative; it's a strategic investment in the future of the Arab States region. According to the World Bank, integrating the digital economy could significantly boost GDP per capita by up to 46%, with long-term economic gains reaching up to US$1.6 trillion.
